FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you have to be a blogger to join?
No! A lot of our content and programming is geared toward bloggers and content creators, but many of our members are blog enthusiasts, freelancers, small business owners, and PR professionals. Everyone is welcome! Through our network, you will connect with movers and shakers in Sacramento.
Is there a fee?
Yes, just $10 a month.
Why is there a cost? What does my membership cover?
We wanted to create an organization that wasn’t going to hurt your wallet, but still be able to provide you with quality programming as well as personal attention. Your membership covers:
- Admission to monthly mixers
- Discounts on your admission to our workshops and events
- Special opportunities with our brand partners
- Exclusive access to The Blog Bloc member group on Facebook and personal support from the TBB team
It also covers the not-so-sexy administrative things like web hosting, events logistics, and general coordination.
Do you have to live in Sacramento to join?
No way! However, our mixers and events are currently in Sacramento only, so plan a visit to take full advantage of your membership. We will do our best to give you ample time before events so you are able to finalize your travel arrangements.
How can I bring The Blog Bloc to my city?
We plan to expand TBB's reach in the future. If you think your city would benefit from a community like ours, contact us so we can get the conversation started.
